Walter Lee Mastin III

A lifelong resident of the Yadkin Valley, Lee or as many know him the "Bald Bearded Broker" is a proud graduate of East Wilkes High School and Appalachian State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Mathematics. Additionally, he completed his studies at the Superior School of Real Estate. With 25 years of experience teaching high school math, Lee brings a passion for education to his real estate career, dedicated to guiding both buyers and sellers through their journeys with clarity and expertise.

Growing up around construction thanks to his father, Lee developed a deep passion for the real estate market from an early age. In his personal life, Lee enjoys spending time with his wife, Desiree. He is actively involved in the community as a member of the Yadkin Valley Rotary Club, where he serves on the executive board and as the Youth Services Chair. Lee is also a proud board member of the Main Street Advisory Board in Elkin. Also, as Ambassador for the Yadkin Valley Chamber and the 2024 Ambassador of the year it is his passion to see the businesses in the Yadkin Valley thrive and grow.
